Our Instructors
Our instructors are highly trained and experienced in Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu. They are dedicated to helping our students achieve their goals and reach their full potential through the practice of martial arts.

We practice a Kung Fu system called Choy Lee Fut, which is a complete system of martial arts, Qigong and lion dance.
