About Kung Fu Ottawa – Our Ottawa Martial Arts School

Kung Fu Ottawa provides martial arts classes for students throughout Ottawa and the surrounding communities, including Nepean, Barrhaven and other areas of the city. 

We are a martial arts school offering instruction in Chan Family Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu, an authentic and practical martial art. We follow the training methods and traditions that were set out more than 200 years ago by our founder, Chan Heung, which can be drawn back even further to the Shaolin temple.

Our training is conducted in a friendly atmosphere and is accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. Our goal is to help people learn a practical martial art and improve themselves while having a great time!
