About Kung Fu Ottawa

We are a martial arts school in Ottawa offering instruction in Chan Family Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu. We are a traditional kung fu school teaching an authentic and practical martial art. We follow the training methods and traditions that were set out more than 200 years ago by our founder, Chan Heung, which can be drawn back even further to the Shaolin temple.

Our training is conducted in a friendly atmosphere and is accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. We provide a supportive environment for you to develop your skills at your own pace. Our goal is to help people learn a practical martial art and improve themselves while having a great time!
